Hey Carly! I have been wanting to message you but my phone has been broken and I was going to wait until it was fixed but I realized that may take longer than I thought. I have been wearing the intention stick every day and I have a couple stories I want to share with you. I wore the word peace on the first day of school in order to keep myself calm, and I did not feel any stress at all. I wore the Ive been switching between gratitude and love so that I can remember to appreciate my life and recognize how much love I have around me. Today was the most important of the stories. My grandfather has recently had a steep decline in health. I have been visiting him because he is on hospice and I want to see him as much as possible. My grandmother called a couple days ago and told us that we should come and see him again today because it may be one of our last opportunities to see him. I was very frightened to go and see him knowing what is to come. I wore the words gratitude and courage today. It is one of the most difficult things to go through but I wore courage so that I can be brave moving forward and gratitude so I am grateful for every moment I have gotten to spend with him in my life. Thank you so much for the necklace, it has had such a positive effect on my life.
